Yesterday was Christmas Eve. My family and I went to a candle light service and then the Armadillo Bizarre. It is nice to spend Christmas in Austin again.

Our family put up the tree yesterday. It's my sisters first in her apartment. It's great to actually see them since it only happens a few times a year. The last picture is one my dad took. I don't usually like pictures of myself, but I think my family would like it.

The night before I left for Texas we had a surprise birthday party for Khol. After 16 hours on the road, I made it to Texas in time for a sunrise. I am now living in Brock's house on his couch. So that has been the last few days.

I was trying to organize some photos and I saw this one of my cousin walking to his prep room for surgery. He's gone through a lot and I wish I could have been there before he actually went under but I'm glad I got to go to El Paso and be with him while he was dealing with all this. He's doing great by the way.
